The following is The 1911 Guy’s Shipping Policy. All Sales prior to submission to be process must be acknowledged and agreed upon by the buyer. Below are categories which affect overall cost to the buyer.
1. Shipping rates & costs:
All Subtotal cost and shipping cost are reflected on the “CART” and “CHECKOUT” pages.
This includes Product cost per item, Sales Tax, Insurance Fee (Optional), Adult Signature Fee (optional), Shipping Rate Cost and Credit card fees.
2. Shipping methods and delivery times:
All ammunition purchased will be shipped by UPS Ground. No PO Box addresses will be used. Only residential or business address or FFL Dealers where ammunition will be shipped to. Shipments will be shipped Monday, Wednesday or Friday after the order payment has cleared with approval. The customer will automatically receive an Email notice when the order has shipped to include tracking numbers for customer follow-up. The ship to address must match the credit card bill to address unless prior arrangements are made with The 1911 Guys, Inc.
All Firearm Sales will be manually processed. Firearms will be shipped to local FFL of customers choice. Firearms will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. Shipment will be insured for the value of the purchase, once the order has been received and paid for. No other means will be utilized to ship ammunition or Firearms. No Firearms will be sent directly to the customer.
3. Shipping restrictions:
No Ammunition nor Firearms will be shipped to a PO Box. Will not ship to restricted states which have been identified on website. No international shipment of Firearms or Ammunition
4. Missing or lost packages tracking method:
All ammunition and Firearms will have either a UPS tracking numbers or USPS tracking numbers. Once the product is delivered and accepted by the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the purchaser to file any claims for damage or lost shipments.
5. International shipping:
The 1911 Guy’s Inc. will not ship internationally.
6. Return and exchange information:
All “SALES ARE FINAL”. The are no exchanges. If a customer opts to have insurance this is an option for ammunition. The customer must add on Insurance and Adult Signature if they want protection against loss or theft. If insurance is added along with Adult Signature to final cost and ammunition is lost or stolen, The 1911 Guy’s Inc. will provide information to the customer in how to file a claim with UPS. The 1911 Guys will not automatically reimburse lost or stolen ammunition to the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim.
All Firearms sales are final. There is no return nor exchange. Buyer takes on all responsibility to qualify for the firearm once it is received by the local FFL.
